Our organization umbrella consists of Kalamazoo Manufacturing Company that manufacturers our vehicles, Handcar Tours that hosts guided tours, and the Museum of Handcar Technology that preserves the long heritage of human powered railroad vehicles.
Handcar Museum
We host our handcar museum at our Marina Terminal that is open during tours and weather permitting. We have several antique and replica handcars on display including a rare 1895 Teeter Railbike. We provide interpretive handcar technology lectures prior to every tour.
